Reserve your date at CrazyKooky Candles’ cozy event room in downtown Coffeyville. This non-refundable deposit holds your requested date and is applied to your room rental total.

Balance Due: Remaining $25 due in store on your event date before setup begins

Capacity: Up to 45 seated (even more with an open floor plan)

How It Works
- Add this deposit to your cart and check out to request your date.
- We’ll follow up by email or phone to confirm availability and details.
- Complete the Event Room Policy & Rental Agreement (online or in store).
- Pay the remaining balance in store on your event date before setup begins.
Policies You Should Know

Cancellation: With at least 3 days’ notice, you may transfer your deposit to a future date (based on availability).

Copy of Agreement: You may request a copy in store at final payment and agreement signature.

Safety: No smoking or vaping indoors. No open flames unless part of a CrazyKooky Candles–hosted activity. Alcohol only with written approval and in compliance with law.
