By purchasing our candles, you acknowledge that specific candle jars agree to follow the Candle Care instructions included with your purchase.

5. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of service.

6. Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States using USPS and UPS. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier, and weather conditions. While we cannot control carrier delays, we always aim for fast, reliable delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your CrazyKooky Candles purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unburned, and in original condition.
  • Custom or limited-edition products may not qualify for return.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.

8. Event Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class or event room rental, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to reschedule or offer store credit toward a future date. Cancellations within 72 hours may not qualify for refunds due to material and staffing costs.

9. Billing Accuracy & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. We may limit or cancel orders per person, household, or payment method if fraud or misuse is suspected. Please ensure that your billing and contact information is accurate and kept up to date.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse this website or its content. Prohibited activities include using the site for unlawful purposes, uploading viruses or harmful code, interfering with security features, or violating any applicable laws or regulations.

Our bath and body products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These products are for external use only and should not replace professional medical advice. Keep away from eyes and do not ingest.
