1. Our Promise
We want you to be completely happy with your CrazyKooky Candles purchase. We stand behind every candle, wax melt, bath bomb, and handmade item we create. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your product must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unburned, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or receipt.
Custom or personalized products, event tickets, and class registrations are not eligible for return or refund once fulfilled.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@crazykookycandles.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions for sending your package back.
You can also process your return through our online return portal. Simply enter your email address, and a temporary access code will be sent to you so you can set up the return. If you have any questions during the process, please reach out — we’re happy to help every step of the way.

4. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@crazykookycandles.com with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
6. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product for a different scent or style, contact us within the 30-day window. Once the returned item is received, we’ll ship your replacement or issue store credit toward a future purchase.
7. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
- Used or burned candles, wax melts, or bath bombs
- Custom or personalized products
- Event room rentals, classes, or workshops that have already occurred
- Gift cards and digital downloads
- Sale and clearance items
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still haven’t received it, email us and we’ll help resolve the issue right away.
9. Kansas Small-Business Compliance
CrazyKooky Candles LLC complies with the Kansas Consumer Protection Act (K.S.A. 50-623 et seq.). All refunds and returns are processed in accordance with state law. We retain refund and transaction records for a minimum of three years as required for Kansas business documentation.
10. Handmade Product Variations
Because our candles and body products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in scent, color, or texture are normal and do not indicate a defect. Each item is inspected for quality before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards.
