Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. We offer a 100% guarantee on ALL of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30-days to return it, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its packaging. You’ll also need your order number. Please include when you contact us about a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@CrazyKookyCandles.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  

If you would like to process your own return, you may login to our return account. To do this, simply enter your email address and a temporary code will be emailed to you which can then be used for setting up the return. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Insurance

You made an online purchase, and thought everything would arrive as expected. Sadly, packages do get lost, items damaged, and porch pirates...well, they steal things. You will receive a 100% payment guarantee and protect your order. If you purchased shipping insurance on your order, please fill out our claim form, Here. Once we're notified of the claim, we will issue a complete refund, please allow 2-3 business days for all claims to process. 

Exceptions / non-returnable item

In the event of, certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We're unable to exchange items at this time. A refund will be issued in place of once return information is received. 

Refunds

Please allow up to 10-14 days for all refunds. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
