Before Submitting a Deposit:

Please review our Event Room Policy and Rental Agreement outlined below. You can submit a deposit to secure first-priority availability, or you can stop by our store location to pay the deposit. ⚠️ A deposit is required to book your event room rental.

You will be required to complete the Policy and Rental Agreement prior to paying the final $25 on the scheduled date of your event. You may request a copy in store at final payment and agreement signature.

Before Submitting:

Event Room Policy (read-only)

1. Rental Rates & Hours • Event Room rental starts at $45.00 for up to 4 hours of use. • Additional time may be available at an extra charge. • Maximum occupancy: up to 45 seated guests. • Availability is subject to prior reservations and scheduling.

2. Room Features • Seating and tables (4–8 tables depending on your needs). • Flexible floor plan—tables may be removed for open space/dancing. • Party lights. • Small ice machine. • Popcorn machine.

3. Reservation & Payment • A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required at booking to secure your date. • Full payment is due no later than the day of the event before setup begins. • Payments accepted: cash, card, or online at CrazyKookyCandles.com.

4. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made at least 3 days prior may transfer the deposit to a future date (based on availability). • Cancellations within 3 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.

5. Setup, Cleanup & Responsibilities • Renter handles setup and cleanup. Use only non-damaging decor (no nails, staples, or permanent adhesives). • Trash must be placed in designated bins. Damages or excessive cleanup will incur additional charges.

6. Alcohol, Food & Beverages • Outside food and beverages are allowed. • Alcohol is not permitted unless approved in writing and compliant with local/state law.

7. Safety & Liability • Renter is responsible for guest conduct and must not exceed maximum occupancy. • CrazyKooky Candles LLC is not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen/damaged property.

8. Prohibited Activities • No smoking or vaping inside. • No open flames unless part of a CrazyKooky Candles–hosted activity. • No illegal activities.

9. Agreement • By submitting, the renter agrees to abide by this Event Room Policy & Rental Agreement. CrazyKooky Candles LLC reserves the right to cancel or end any event if policies are violated.
