How do I activate the software?
Open Candle Studio and enter the exact email used at Shopify checkout and the order number from your confirmation email. Activation is completed automatically.
How many devices may I use?
Each purchase may activate CrazyKooky Candle Studio on up to three devices, subject to the purchased license terms.
Does it work without internet?
Many Studio tools work locally after activation. Internet access is required for the initial activation, periodic license validation, online supplier links and some external resources.
Are formulas saved automatically?
Formulas, recipes, burn tests, journal entries and settings are saved on the device where they are created. Customers should use available export or backup tools and protect their device data.
Are Windows and Android records automatically synchronized?
